The real issue is an organization that pays money to hire the contractor engaging in the criminal activity. The intelligence agency has the capability to run the operation by their own, but it is sometimes better to employ the outside facility to disguise the true nature of its plot.
Although, there is a disparity at the funding capability, while the Japanese intelligence prefers deployment of their officers for the operation to spending externally, on the other hand, CIA is better financed without enough manpower, prone to hire the contractor for their operation.
The gaslighting or other espionage methodologies have originally been developed during the intelligence circle, which have been outsourced to PI or contractors to fortify their asset network. However, their contractors can provide this tactic to anyone who can pay for. Therefore, the problem is expanded from the intelligence misconduct to the general issue.
In 2012, the gaslighting was conducted by the police, PI or foreigner intelligence officers in my case. There are some of the neighbors involved, who were basically framed by the police. PI also hired some mobs for the intimidation. The situation was evolved in 2013 when they employed many ordinary people with the petty sums of cash, which was actually a strategy employed by CIA and other intelligence organizations in the Southeast Asia. I fled there out of Japan for a couple of months in the later 2012, the whole intelligence circle followed me to operate the gaslighting. This petty sums were actually effective in Japan as well and their operation was evolved with spending the reasonable amount of money.
This tactic is not complicated, but they swear at me, noticeable just to me, which is tolerable unless frequently executed in a short period of time. On the other hand, I was hit by the car and nearly hit to roll over my bicycle in many occasions. The police permits its action or ignores, as these hit and run were conducted under their full surveillance, as an extension of their gaslighting.
These can be categorized as the torture, thought I experienced crueler operations executed by Chinese intelligence. Their tactics also included my assassination during their operation. Their methodologies were limited to assassinate in the public eyes, but they were well advanced to disguise the true cause of killing.
Having said that, the US intelligence was precedent to assassinate me, which almost seemed like accidents. Chinese tried to assassinate opaquely, but the US casted accidents to make it unnoticeable. There is a difference at this point, but the outcome is the same, just to kill me, but the same methodology should have targeted more people to be eliminated. As a matter of fact, the first intelligence agency to attempt my assassination was Japanese and its police department which still torture their targets including me or kill some of them if necessary.
The intelligence agencies are the same all over the world, to run illegal operations to direct the government for their favor or to manipulate the people along with their ideal, which is sometimes progressed to the torture and assassination.
However, there is a real issue we should understand and stop, which is a radiowave.
